Introduction

digiBandit provides a full-featured business phone system powered by FreePBX, self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Your calls, voicemails, and call data stay on servers we control in Canada, not on a third-party cloud platform.

This replaces expensive per-user cloud phone services with a system you own and we manage.

How It Works

Self-Hosted

FreePBX runs on digiBandit infrastructure. Your call data, recordings, and configuration are stored on servers we control. No third-party cloud provider has access.

SIP Trunking

Calls connect to the public phone network via SIP trunks. We manage the trunk configuration, failover, and capacity planning.

Desk Phones & Softphones

  • Desk phones: Pre-configured IP phones shipped to your location
  • Softphones: Apps for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
  • Web phone: Browser-based calling from any device

Integration with Google Workspace

If your organization uses Google Workspace, the phone system integrates with:

  • Google Contacts: Caller ID lookup from your organization's directory
  • Google Calendar: Automatic routing based on calendar availability
  • Gmail: Voicemail transcriptions delivered to your inbox
