Every blueBox is sized to your business. We quote after a free consultation.
**The Build** - One-time, custom quoted. Hardware, installation, and configuration. You own the hardware.
**The Management** - Monthly, based on your setup. Monitoring, security, support, backups, patching - included as part of your blueBox.
**Growing?** - More users, more storage, second location - we upgrade your blueBox or add another.

## Common Questions
**What size business is blueBox for?**
Any size. One person or 10,000. The blueBox gets sized to your business. Works for any industry.
**What if my business grows?**
Bigger business, bigger blueBox. We upgrade the hardware, add storage, or deploy another blueBox at a second location.
**Will it work with what I already use?**
Yes. QuickBooks, Office 365, Google Workspace - it stays. Your blueBox is configured around your existing tools.
**Do I need new computers?**
Probably not. We look at what you have and only suggest replacing machines that genuinely can't keep up.
**Is there a long-term commitment?**
The build is paid upfront and you own the hardware. Ongoing management is a service agreement - details are covered when we quote your setup.
**How long does deployment take?**
Depends on what you need. A straightforward setup could be running in a day. A custom build with specialized software takes longer. We scope the timeline during the quote.
**What happens if we part ways?**
You keep the hardware. It's yours. We hand over all documentation, passwords, and configs. Clean transition.
