Personal Device Management (PDM) brings the same proactive monitoring and support we provide to businesses directly to your personal computer. Whether you have a Windows PC, Mac, or Linux machine, we keep it healthy, secure, and up-to-date so you can focus on what matters.

What's Included

  • Health Monitoring: We watch for disk issues, performance problems, and hardware warnings before they become failures.
  • Security Updates: Operating system and software patches applied automatically to keep you protected.
  • Endpoint Security: Huntress EDR monitors for threats around the clock with human analysts reviewing every alert.
  • Remote Support: When you need help, we can connect securely to your computer and resolve issues without an appointment.
  • Device Hardening: Your computer is configured with security best practices out of the box, including disabled unnecessary services, bloatware removal, and privacy settings.

Getting Started

  1. Sign up for a PDM plan through your digiBandit account or contact us.
  2. Install the monitoring agent on your computer. We support all major platforms.
  3. We review your device. A technician audits your computer, confirms it is linked to your account, and enrolls it in the appropriate services.
  4. You're covered. From that point on, your device is actively monitored and managed.

No automated changes occur until a technician has reviewed and approved your device.
