## What Is PDM?

Personal Device Management (PDM) brings the same proactive monitoring and support we provide to businesses directly to your personal computer. Whether you have a Windows PC, Mac, or Linux machine, we keep it healthy, secure, and up-to-date so you can focus on what matters.

- **Endpoint Security:** Huntress EDR monitors for threats around the clock with human analysts reviewing every alert.
- **Remote Support:** When you need help, we can connect securely to your computer and resolve issues without an appointment.
- **Device Hardening:** Your computer is configured with security best practices out of the box, including disabled unnecessary services, bloatware removal, and privacy settings.

## Getting Started

1. **Sign up** for a PDM plan through your digiBandit account or contact us.
2. **Install the monitoring agent** on your computer. We support all major platforms.

3. **We review your device.** A technician audits your computer, confirms it is linked to your account, and enrolls it in the appropriate services.
4. **You're covered.** From that point on, your device is actively monitored and managed.

No automated changes occur until a technician has reviewed and approved your device.
